German automotive supplier Mahle Behr, known for its production of air conditioning and radiator components, has recently announced the impending shutdown of its factory in North Charleston, affecting 466 employees. This decision was made public through a notice submitted to the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce earlier this week. The facility, situated at 4500 Leeds Ave., is slated for closure by the end of this year.
